Refund policy
At Banana Leaf Gallery, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Please note that all of our prints are custom-made and as such all sales are final. We do not keep stock of any of our pieces, therefore we are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges or issue refunds as they are made specifically for you. The only exception to this is if the item is received faulty or damaged.
Damaged Deliveries
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the item. We may ask for photos of the damage before we can agree to a return. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is faulty or damaged, we will reprint your item for you.
